Terms of service

These terms govern the use of SideHub, the cockpit that drives coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Copilot, Gemini CLI) installed on your own machines. By creating an account, you accept them.

1. The service

SideHub is published by VINCENT AUGEROT EURL (see the legal notice). It is made of a web application, an API and an open source agent that you install on your machines. The agent opens an outbound connection to SideHub and runs the command line tools you installed and configured yourself.

The service is in beta: features may change, be added or removed, and interruptions may happen. We make our best efforts to keep it available and reliable, without any guarantee of continuous availability.

2. Account

You provide a valid email address and keep your credentials, and your agents' tokens, confidential. You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account, your workspaces and your agents, including by the members you invite.

Let us know right away at contact@sidehub.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your machines, your agents, your tools

Agents run on your infrastructure and act with the rights you give them. You alone are responsible for the commands, prompts, workflows and permissions you configure (permissionless modes included), for their effects on your machines, repositories and services, and for complying with the terms of the providers of the CLIs and models you use (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, GitHub, etc.).

Output produced by AI models may be wrong or incomplete: review it before using it, especially before deploying code.

4. Forbidden uses

You may not use SideHub to:

5. Your content

You keep ownership of your content (tasks, documents, workflows, prompts, results). You only grant us the right to host and process it to provide the service. Your code stays on your machines: SideHub only keeps what you or your agents send to it.

6. Paid plans

Paid plans are described on the pricing page. Payment is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled at any time from the settings: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid, period.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, nor for the actions your agents carry out on your infrastructure. For a paid service, our liability is limited to the amount paid over the last twelve months.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using SideHub and ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to contact@sidehub.io. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice except in an emergency.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. For a significant change, we notify you by email or in the application before it takes effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, we will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules that apply to consumers.
